Kosal Kreeda inaugurated Geetanjali Hostel at Kosal Village on 1st April 2024 on the occasion of Utkal Divas. Swami Sadananda Saraswati, head of Chinmaya Mission with President Capt Kamalkant Choudhury inaugurated this hostel with Gruhapravesh Puja and Havan.
This hostel will provide accommodation and other facility and encourage unemployed girls interested for jobs in govt and private sectors
On January 15, 2024, Kosal Kreeda, Kosal, Celebrated its 3rd Annual Sport competition organized by Shraddha Foundation.
The Chief Guest Dr. Rajashree Mallick attended and said that the Shraddha Foundation president Captain Kamalkant Choudhury, has taken such steps to develop sports in rural areas.
Also, an Indian professional sprinter and current national champion Dutee Chand attended Annual Sport competition
